When Astro is the right replacement for your WordPress site.
Astro suits WordPress company websites that need speed and fewer moving parts. Commerce, memberships and custom plugins are assessed separately — there is no one-click migration.

These need a backend, not a static site. - Plugin-heavy custom logic
Assessed plugin by plugin first.

Will we lose our rankings?
Nothing can promise that. URLs, metadata and redirects are planned and checked so search visibility is protected by design, not hoped for.
Can our editors still edit content?
Yes, with a headless CMS when they need one. Free-form page building is the main thing that changes.
What about WooCommerce?
It is assessed separately: kept, moved to a commerce platform, or rebuilt as a custom application.
